Recipe tip 1: Body peeling 5Minzfrisch Drop peppermint bio*8 drop lemon bio*30 ml almond oil* bio300 g sea saltPour the sea salt into a glass jar. Mix the essential oils in the almond oil and add to the sea salt. Shake well and swivel so that the oils mix well with the sea salt. The mint fresh peeling is best applied under the shower on the damp skin. Massage in in circular movements and rinse well. Rinse off the skin after the peeling.
Usage:
For room scenting, mixed and diluted for cosmetic and therapeutic application on the skin e.g. in facial and body oils, for massage oils, for therapeutic embrocation and for compresses, as bath additive, for masks, for self-mixed cosmetic products.
