They both believed that it was possible to formulate skincare products with extremely high concentrations of active ingredients without affecting skin tolerance.. SVR stands for Special Vehicle Ratings and is created by the Special Vehicle Operations department (SVO).

Svr Physiopure Micellar Water cleanses your skin thoroughly and gently. Brings comfort, softness and suppleness to the skin, avoids feelings of tightness; 200ml/400ml.

 

How to use:

Apply morning and/or evening using a cotton pad.
