Seche Restore Thinner Top Coat is the only thinner to thin a bottle of Seche Vite to its original consistency. Formulated not to diminish shine or dull colors. Comes with glass dropper for easy dispensing; 14ml.

How to use:

Add a few drops to nail lacquer/top coat till consistency is fully restored.
