Description:

How to use :

Apply 2 or 3 pumps of Obagi Balancing Toner onto cotton pad and smooth across face and neck, avoiding the eyes.

Familialist's recommendation:

We highly recommend using Obagi Balancing Toner since it balances the pH of the skin. In addition, it is best to wear a sunscreen with a minimum broad spectrum SPF30 daily after applying the toner.
